TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Payment and reservation, You may book a tour @ Bella India Tours agency office or online or via Bank Transfer, on our website, or through our travel agent. A deposit of 100 euro per person per tour is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposits part of your final payment which is due 45 days prior to departure, unless it is mentioned differently in the program. If we do not receive final payment according to the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of any billing errors, we have the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Payment mode is usually in USD.
We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card we will process credit card charges only upon submission of a completed Bella India Tours Credit Card Authorization Form.
You must pay a fee of $30 per transaction for alterations or revisions. Any change for the tour date or tour program within 30 days before the departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking regular cancellation fees will apply. (Depends on the current situation)
Package price and Content
As per rule and regulations, (unless stipulated) the package price may include: Hotel, transport services, catering services, and all travel arrangements. (Must check inclusion and exclusion) If mentioned in the tour program, as well as costs of professional services and local guides, the package price does not include (Unless mentioned).
Optional excursions and visits,
Guest will bear the cost of obtaining and issuing visas will be paid on Indian government website. Any tickets for facilities to be visited, you must pay for all special services (such as a single bedroom or a special diet) ordered during booking. If you ask for a special service during the tour, you will need to pay the guide or to our representative directly, in the local currency.
Right of price increase or cancel due to price increased for the following situations
Change of the exchange rate in relation to the program publication date,
Any big change of the transport costs (fuel, road toll, etc.),
Any change in hotels’ or carriers’ fees.
If we inform you in writing or orally of a price increase of 10% or more, you may cancel within 48 hours after the receipt of notice and receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have agreed to the increase.
Children discount and other benifits
Please pay special attention for children discounts, as well as to other benefits which are mention in the description of a package. If participants are under the age of 18 years must be accompanied with an adult. On escorted or trekking tours, or climbing, we do not accept children under the age of 8- 15 years because we have found that they are too young to enjoy these types of vacations.
In order to ensure congenial membership, Bella India Tours Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to expel from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group.
All travel documents shall be sent to you at the latest 5 days before the departure, unless mentioned otherwise in the program. In case of not receiving travel documents before departure, we make sure that you will receive @ Port or Airport of arrivals at the destination.
Travel document shall Include
The original voucher, the tour program, and electronic ticket and other printed documents.
Categorization and description of services
The accommodations offered in Bella India Tours Agency programs are described according to each country’s official categories at the moment of the briefing of the program. Later we are not responsible for those decisions like modern conveniences, amenities as well as other services offered in hotel. Standards of accommodation and services can be differ and are not comparable to what you get in other countries. We will share the details of hotel, transport and other services to our guest before confirming the tour so they can check them in advance. Later if there will be any mismatch in the services of hotel Bella India Tours cannot take the responsibility. However in any such case we will coordinate with hotel and we try to solve the problem. So we request you to check all hotels review before proceeding for booking a tour.
Meal on Tours
Meals will be included only if specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel’s menu or restaurant’s buffet or set menu (Depends on the hotel to hotel). Beverages are not included, unless mentioned.
If only we get a written note of cancellation before or on the days indicated, we shall refund the following amounts of tour package.
46 days or more prior to commencement of service: full refund
45-31 days prior: 50% of total price
30-15 days prior: 10% of total price
14-0 day(s) prior: 0% of total price
All bookings are subject to availability. If that tour is unacceptable, we will refund all monies paid to us; there is no additional liability. We cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Bella India Tours Agency.
The cancellation fees also apply if you cancel due to changes in the departure date at the last moment, weather problems, fear of travel, changes in accommodations, or any cause are beyond our control. However, if you find a replacement of that, we shall charge only the difference.
Domestic or International ticket
We can book the air-ticket Domastic or International, but we cannot take the responsibility if any air ticket is cancelled by the Airline or time changed. In such conditions you need to speak with your airline if you have booked it or contact us. If here comes any difference of price between old and new flight tickets that has to be paid by the guest. For more detail please check the airline terms and condition. However if we book a flight for you then we will definitely help you to coordinate with airline. If there will be any refund then we will return that amount to you.
For your safety and protection, we highly recommend that you should purchase travel cancellation insurance and any travel accident insurance. (We do not provide any insurance)
Cancellation by Bella India Tours or change of program
Bella India Tours Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour at least three days prior to the tour start date for insufficient participation or extraordinary circumstances occur that could not have been anticipated or avoided. If the tour is cancelled by Bella India Tours Agency, you will be entitled to a full refund. We offer refunds under this agreement with the express understanding that the receipt of that refund by you waives any additional remedies.
Bella India Tours also reserves the right to change the date or the time of the departure due to a change in the flight schedule or the onset of unanticipated circumstances and also keeps the right to change the route in case of a change in travel conditions, safety conditions in a country, such as a changed flight schedule, weather conditions. However try to discuss with guest before making all changes.
Transport of baggage on plane is free of charge, weight limit can be seen on airline website. Guest must pay for excess baggage according to the current prices of the airline. Regardless of age, children are not entitled to a free of charge baggage transport in air transport. You are solely responsible for any kind of theft, damage or loss of objects left unattended in the bus or car.
Bella India Tours acts only as a travel services provider of tour packages, hotel, apartment, other accommodation, guides, bus, car-rental company, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary. Our agency is not responsible for any other request which is not mention in Program.
Bella India Tours Agency assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund for, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be cause: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Bella India Tours control. However we will help you in any unwanted situation to solve the issue.
Bella India Tours Agency has no special knowledge regarding conditions like, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, Bella India Tours recommends that all passengers must check with Indian Government websites. Bella India Tours will never be responsible for any unwanted change in the country like political issue, natural disaster, incident of terrorist attack or anything which is out of our detailed program sent to you before the arrival at the destination.
For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control of India. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying all Passports, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, civil unrest, safety, security, political stability, at such destination(s). However we always try to help you and we try to inform you about the destination situation.
The construction, validity, and performance of these Terms and any disputes between the parties shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of New Delhi without giving effect to its conflict of law principles, and any federal laws applicable therein. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi with respect to any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
